    The Committee on the Judiciary moved to amend the bill on page two, section one, line six, after the word “Tax” by striking out the word “Division” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “Department”;

    And,

    On page five, section two, line eight, by striking out the word “Division” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “Department”.
